"Wait!" I know you're saying, "Wasn't the title of this week's episode supposed to be 'All Aboard! The Crop Top Pirates Set Sail!'???"
Well, to be short: Yeah…But we changed our minds. See, while I thought that would be a great epithet for my courageous crew, the original name was actually Anna's idea, but I pointed out that I'm not "Libby Crop Top Girl," I'm Libby Sk8er Girl, so it was decided that it would make more sense for the crew to be the Sk8er Pirates.
QED.
(Of course, I could have just changed the upcoming title in last week's Scribb1e, and almost nobody would be the wiser, but I am an honest lie [if fictional characters are lies], and I would never knowingly perpetrate falsehoods unless they were toward truly entertaining ends.)
So…Here we are! We're at sea, and I've discovered that sailing ships are secretly great skate parks! (Though, Anna thinks I could damage something…) The only thing that I still need to decide is what the name of the ship should be. I proposed the Naval Gazer, but I'm open to other ideas. Siobhán said we should call our ship the Tiefling's Disaster, but I think that's a reference to that thing she uses knitting counters for…so "tiefling" might be copyrighted by someone else…
