'Sup, Dudes!?
Happy Summer Solstice!!! These are the sorts of days worth celebrating, because they're just random facts of nature. Like, rather than trying to debate whether or not some rando or some event is "worthy" of a day, the universe is just going around, saying, "This is how it is. It's a pattern. Deal with it," and then we should just deal with it by celebrating and not wearing shirts!
Speaking of which: Don't wear shirts…unless I personally think you look terrible shirtless. In that case, you should always wear a shirt…Even when you're alone and taking a shower…You can't even change shirts with a period of shirtlessness. I have spoken!
"But Libby!" I hear people saying, "What about body positivity???" to which I respond, "I'm positive that you don't look good shirtless." It's not a bad thing, but the opinion of a fictional character is always 100% true, and definitely worth listening to. Thus, you should heed my words, for they are laced with insights. (Also, don't ask what my criteria are for whether or not you look good in shirts; there aren't any. I just know when I like it and when I don't. The same person could be liked or disliked depending on the day, even if that person looks identical both days. It also doesn't have anything to do with fitness or anything. It's just a feel or a vibe…You've just gotta deal with it!)
And ANYWAY, the more important thing is that summer is here, and I'm definitely not going to go around topless in all of my future comics. (The options for clothes and space for funny shirt sayings are both just too small when all I have is a circle over each titty.) This shirtless thing will stay Siobhán's schtick…Though, I am interested to meet her brother…I wonder what he's like. Do you think he's hot? (Probably not, considering Siobhán said that he often wears less than she does!) It may be worth trying to meet him at some point soon!
But for now, I've gotta go before Brian tries to make me write some quasi-poetic bullshit about electrons telling screens to emulate the marks left on paper or something…Sure, it's aMaZiNg!™, but I've got other things to do…like go buy some aloe!
